We hope you love what you ordered on Jacadi.co.il but we know it might not always be the case. So if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchange or return within 14 days from the shipment date, You can return your items by mail or courier to our store address below or by bringing it back in person to our Jacadi stores in Jerusalem.
RETURN BY MAIL
1. Make sure the items you are returning are unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging and with their original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original and undamaged shoe box. Final sale items** cannot be returned or exchanged.
2.login to your account and select which products you would like to return under order details, you will then receive an email which will include a link to print out the packing slip which must be included inside your returned order.

Upon receiving your package, all returned items are subject to a quality assurance inspection process. Once approved, we will refund you for the products returned using the prices stated on your invoice. You will receive an email indicating the return has been processed and your refund will be applied to the original form of payment used for your order. Please allow 4 to 5 working days for it to reflect on your statement.
RETURN TO A JACADI STORE
You can exchange or return for a refund your online order in our Jacadi store. Simply bring to the store your packing slip, electronic receipt (available under “My Order” in your online account) or email confirmation. If you wish to exchange for a more expensive item, you will be able to pay the difference in the payment method of your choice. If you request a refund, you will be refunded for the products returned using the prices stated on your invoice. Your refund will be applied to the original form of payment used online. Please allow 4 to 5 business days for the refund funds to reflect on your statement. You will receive a confirmation by email indicating the return has been processed.
